You have three options depending on where you purchased the product:
If you bought the product online, you will need to send it in for a warranty claim following the instructions from our customer care team.
If you purchased the product in a physical store, you can usually bring it directly to that store to claim your warranty.
If you bought the product online but from another store (not our online shop), please contact the store where you made the purchase to process your warranty claim.
