To register your product, you’ll need an account. If you don’t have one yet, you can easily create one by clicking on the profile in the upper-right corner.
Click the 👤 person icon in the top right,
then choose “Create Account” and follow the steps.
Already registered? Great—just log in to your account to get started.
Product Registration Steps:
Step 1) go to the “Product Registration” section in your account dashboard or click here.
Step 2) Provide the following details for each product:
- Purchase date
- Product type
- Serial number (format: 1234567) or article number (format: 00-0000000000)
- Purchase location (online or in-store) You’ll find the serial or article number on the product itself or on the original packaging. Don’t forget to upload your purchase receipt as a JPG, PNG, or PDF (max. 5MB).
Step 3) That’s it! Your product is now registered and covered by the Extended Guarantee. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and you can download your registration certificate anytime from the “Product Registration” section in your account.
