What happens next?
If your payment has already been processed, you’ll be refunded for any item(s) you didn’t receive. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. In most cases, it appears within a few business days, though it may take up to 10 working days.
If your payment has not yet been processed, no refund will be issued—instead, only the amount for the items that are still being shipped will be captured.
Please note that it is not possible to replace unavailable items with alternatives automatically. If you want a different item instead, you will need to place a new order.
